Silver Street

We delivered a small residential development comprising two 120 m² semi-detached houses and one 140 m² detached dwelling. All properties included private gardens with new turf and completed driveways, finished to a consistent, high-quality standard.
The semi-detached houses were designed using attic truss construction, enabling the creation of an additional bedroom within the roof space and maximising usable floor area. The detached dwelling, located to the rear of the site, benefited from increased driveway provision.
