he project involved the renovation of a five-storey townhouse integrated into the existing hotel estate. The scope included a full electrical rewire, installation of high-quality bespoke timber panelling, and the replacement of all windows with new timber sash units, delivered to an exacting finish.
The hotel remained fully operational throughout the works, requiring careful sequencing, strict health and safety controls, and close coordination with hotel management to minimise disruption to guests and staff.
