Brackley Nurseries

We developed two high-end residential properties, each approximately 3,800 square feet, with extensive private gardens. Both homes comprised five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and generous living spaces, designed and delivered to a luxury specification.
This was a fully self-delivered project, with end-to-end responsibility across the development lifecycle. Our scope included site acquisition and planning, securing senior debt financing, construction delivery, and successful sale of the completed homes.

Throughout the project, we managed all commercial and financial functions, including engagement with fund managers, coordination with project quantity surveyors, preparation of bank cash-flow forecasts, and the production of regular financial and progress reports to meet lender and stakeholder requirements.
